I bring absolutely all the sound system and lighting equipment you will need for your given package- all the venue needs to provide is power!
Depending on your chosen package, this will include high-end sound systems setup for ceremony, drinks reception, wedding breakfast (including wireless microphone for speeches and announcements) and evening party (evening sound system can cater for up to 500 people depending on chosen package).
-
Tell me which moments you want to bring to life! For weddings, I can cover guest seating, the ceremony, cocktail hour, first dance, and reception. For other celebrations, I’ll shape the sets around your schedule. Your proposal will confirm the performance times, breaks, and total coverage so everything feels effortless on the day.
-
Yes! Your taste is the starting point. I’m happy to sing across genres and build the performance around the songs that mean something to you. Share your favorites, your theme, or even a few songs that capture the feeling you want. I’ll help turn those ideas into a personal musical experience.
-
My vocals are performed live. Depending on your booking, I can sing with instrumental backing tracks, live musicians, or alongside a coordinated DJ setup. If you already have a DJ, let me know! I’ll discuss the music, transitions, and technical details with them so your entertainment feels connected.
-
As much as you’d like! Send me your must-haves, songs to avoid, and any special requests for meaningful moments. A playlist is a lovely place to start. If you would prefer some guidance, I’m happy to help. Please allow at least a month for new songs, with extra notice for several requests.
-
You work directly with me, from your first inquiry to the details that make the day yours. I bring over 15 years of vocal training and studies at Berklee College of Music and Saint Mary’s College of California to each performance. Just as importantly, I listen to your vision and shape the songs, ensemble, and energy around you and your guests.
-
Start with my About page for my story, then explore the live performance videos on the homepage. You can also find Gia Dulci on Instagram, YouTube, and Spotify through the links at the bottom of this site. If you’re imagining a particular song or setting, send me a note and I’ll help you find a useful example.
-
Send an inquiry with your date, location, and a little about your celebration. I’ll confirm availability and prepare a personalized proposal. Your booking agreement will set out the deposit, payment schedule, travel costs, and any other terms. Your date is secured once the required agreement and booking payment are complete.
-
Absolutely, just ask! I’ll quote additional time based on your plans and availability. If you decide you’d like more music during the event, please check with me before the scheduled finish. Any extension and payment arrangements need to be agreed before the extra performance time begins.
-
Short breaks help me keep every live set sounding its best. I’ll plan them around your timeline, including speeches, dinner, and other key moments. Background music can keep the atmosphere flowing between sets, and I’ll confirm those arrangements with you before the event.
-
Yes! Piano, guitar, saxophone, bass, drums, and other instrumental combinations can bring a different character to your celebration. Tell me what you have in mind, and I’ll recommend musicians and an ensemble that complement your songs, venue, and guest experience.
-
A venue visit usually isn’t necessary when the layout, access, power, and sound arrangements are clear. I’m happy to coordinate with your venue or planner and review photos or floor plans. If talking through your ideas would help, I’d love to arrange a call. You should feel comfortable and excited about the music!
-
Of course! The homepage includes live videos so you can hear my voice and get a feel for different settings. You’ll also find client feedback there. Most private celebrations aren’t open to visitors, but you’re welcome to ask about upcoming public performances or a video that suits your plans.
-
For bookings that span a mealtime, please arrange a main meal for me and any musicians included in your booking. I’ll confirm the number of performers and any dietary requirements ahead of time. It’s helpful to plan meals during a break so everyone is ready for the next set.
-
The space and power requirements depend on whether you choose solo vocals, a small ensemble, or a full band. I’ll confirm the practical details with your venue before the event. A stage is optional; a safe, level performance area with suitable power is what matters. Outdoor performances also need appropriate shelter for the performers and equipment.
-
Yes, let me know about it when you inquire. I’ll discuss the venue’s sound limits and help you choose a suitable setup. Sharing the venue’s requirements early makes it much easier to create the atmosphere you want while keeping the volume comfortable and within their rules.
-
I’m happy to discuss an earlier setup! Share your venue access times and when you’d like everything ready. I’ll work this into the plan where possible and include any additional time or fee in your proposal, so there are no surprises.
-
When using backing tracks, I generally sing with instrumental versions so you hear my voice live. With a duo, trio, or band, the accompaniment is performed by the musicians. For a first dance or another special moment, I’ll help you choose a live rendition or original recording that feels right for you.
-
Absolutely! I’ll choose polished performance attire that suits the occasion. If you have a dress code, color palette, glamorous theme, or a particular look in mind, share it with me ahead of time. I love making the visual details feel as considered as the music.
-
Yes, I’m happy to discuss key introductions and announcements as part of your event plan. Send me the names, pronunciations, wording, and timing in advance, and I’ll coordinate with your planner or DJ. If there’s another personal touch you’re dreaming of, tell me. I’d love to help make it happen!
